All meetings are held at the Glocester Town Hall at 7:30 PM unless otherwise noted. If the meeting date falls on a state or federal holiday, the regular meeting shall take place one week later, unless noted. Meeting dates are subject to change.

Notice of all meetings shall be posted at the Town Hall at least 48 hours before the meeting date. This notice shall include the date and time posted; the date, time, and place of meeting; and a statement specifying the nature of the business to be discussed. Meeting dates are subject to change.

  This committee was established by the Town Council on July 21, 1994 to oversee the conduct of each task as it relates to the Comprehensive Community Plan Work Program 1994-1999 and report the progress to the Town Council at the monthly Town Council Agenda meetings.
  
  The 17 member commission was amended to a 12 member commission on July 16, 1998. Members of the committee are volunteers appointed by the Town Council and serve two-year terms.
