This notice shall include the date and time posted; the date, time, and place of meeting; and a statement specifying the nature of the business to be discussed. Meeting dates are subject to change. This committee was established by the Town Council on July 21, 1994 to oversee the conduct of each task as it relates to the Comprehensive Community Plan Work Program 1994-1999 and report the progress to the Town Council at the monthly Town Council Agenda meetings.

The 17 member commission was amended to a 12 member commission on July 16, 1998. Members of the committee are volunteers appointed by the Town Council and serve two-year terms.
